Crypto was stolen from your wallet or account
- Drained wallet, leaked seed phrase, malicious approval
- Hacked exchange account, SIM-swap
- Speed matters: the first 24–72 hours give the best chance to freeze
Your crypto was stolen, lost to a fake investment, or locked on an exchange that won't let you withdraw. We trace where it went, prepare the documents exchanges, police and courts act on, and pursue it through lawful channels.
First review is free. We never guarantee recovery and never ask for a fee in crypto.
What we can do depends on what happened. Tell us which one is closest — we will tell you honestly whether there is a realistic route.
Each step ends with a document you keep, and you decide whether to go to the next one.
You send transaction hashes, wallet addresses and correspondence. We assess what is realistic and tell you plainly.

A court-ready report: transaction graph, end points, exchanges involved, and a short summary investigators can read in five minutes.
Written requests to compliance teams of the exchanges and stablecoin issuers that received the funds, backed by the trace and a police case number.
Statements prepared for your country's police, FBI IC3, Action Fraud (UK) and EU national units — structured so they get registered and passed on.
Source-of-funds packages, formal appeals, complaints to the exchange's regulator and ombudsman, and a pre-trial claim if the exchange stays silent.
Claims against identified wrongdoers and platforms, freezing injunctions, and orders requiring exchanges to disclose who controls an account.
Help with creditor claims, identity checks on claims portals (FTX and others), tracking distributions and disputing how your balance was valued. Note: you can file a claim with the official claims agent yourself, free of charge.
People who lost crypto are targeted a second time by fake "recovery" services. The FBI, FTC and UK FCA all warn about them. If anyone — including someone using our name — does any of this, stop.
You talk to the lawyers directly, not to a call centre.

Our office is in Dubai, UAE. We prepare documents for exchanges and authorities worldwide and bring in licensed local counsel where court representation requires it. We work in English and Russian.
Sometimes. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed, but when stolen funds reach an exchange or a stablecoin that can be frozen, they can be held and later returned by order of a court or the authorities. If the funds went to a wallet nobody controls in a known jurisdiction, the chances are low — and we will say so.
As fast as possible. Scammers move funds within hours to cash out. Write down transaction hashes and addresses, save all chats and screenshots, report to the police, and contact us the same day.
Usually not. Most freezes are compliance holds: the exchange wants to know where the funds came from. A well-prepared source-of-funds package and a formal appeal resolve many cases; if not, a regulator complaint and a legal claim follow.
Transaction hashes (TXIDs), your wallet addresses, the addresses you sent to, the name of the platform or person involved, screenshots of chats, and any letters from the exchange. Never send your seed phrase or private keys — to anyone.
Tracing, freeze requests and reports have a fixed price (see Fees). For unblocking and court work we may agree a share of funds actually returned to you — 2.5% for unblocking, 15–20% in court — never a fee you have to pay before funds are "released".
Three things you can use right now, without paying anyone and without sending us anything.
Step-by-step instructions for the situations we see most often: a frozen exchange account, the first 48 hours after theft, scams in Telegram and WhatsApp, a police report, a drained wallet.
Seven yes-or-no questions about whoever promised to get your money back. The answer appears in your browser: nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored.
Three ready documents in Word and PDF, English and Russian: an appeal to exchange support and compliance, a freeze request to an exchange or stablecoin issuer, and a police report about crypto theft.
We reply within one business day, in English or Russian. Your details stay confidential.
